I ordered a custom door sign at the January 2025 St.Paul Dog Show. I was quoted 4-6 weeks for a completed sign. I didn’t receive the proof until 3/29/25. I’ve reached out to the seller multiple times for status on my order and they either don’t respond or respond weeks later with an excuse. I haven’t received any communication since 3/29/25. Today is 6/7/25 and I still have not received the sign I ordered or any response. I emailed again today requesting they issue me a full refund if they can’t complete the work.
This company was a vendor at the 2025 Minneapolis Home and Garden Show in early March. I ordered a personalized family door sign where they told me it would be about 30 days. Just over 30 days I emailed to find out what the status was since we hadn't heard anything. We went weeks before we heard anything. Once he promised a proof and even that took several more weeks.
