This review is solely for one of the physicians at the NICU in El Camino Hospital - M Balasundaram. I would give zero stars if I could! My son was admitted to the NICU after his birth and spend two weeks at NICU. I found Dr. Balasundaram's bedside manner awful and communication skills sorely lacking. She tossed out the previous physicians and occupational therapists opinion on the progress made by my son and stated she will start fresh since "I have not seen him during his two weeks so far here, so I will have to observe him... read more
