The receptionists both downstairs and on the first floor are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never will book an appointment here in the future.
My child had a head-on bike accident yesterday. The injury on his nose was bad but he was coping OK, so we didn’t feel the need to go to an A&E. Today I called Nelson hoping a GP could just help assess the injury on the nose for peace of mind. The receptionist told me I could either go to A&E or a pharmacy. Is the receptionist acting as a triage centre now? Does my child not even deserve to be taken a look at by his GP now? Saw James in Physio section.Very polite ,friendly and helpful. Also every 6 monthly visit check up for my Glaucoma is carried out with efficiency and professionalism.
