They implemented the app to book appointments, but for routine bookings is crap now. I have tried don't know how many times in different days to BOOK A ROUTINE appointment and keep getting told there are no more spaces! Worse is that they give you option to book as urgent appointment... The whole point of using technology is to improve service, not move people toward calling the practice or tempted to go for an urgent appointment. I’ve been registered with this practice for over 10 years and, until recently, I’ve only had two encounters: - A mandatory milestone check-up, after which I was told “all good, carry on.” - A request for a medical reference for a club pastime — which I had to pay for in cash (which felt unusual). Now, for the first time, I actually want to see a GP — and it’s impossible. Amazing service and care from Beatrice and Julie today! I was late for my blood test appointment but they took from their own personal time to save me having to come back! So grateful 🙏 I’m terrified of needles but Beatrice was very quick and gentle! Thank you ladies, your care matters and makes all the difference!
Appallingly rude women receptionists on RHS of reception desk. Spoken to as if I was a piece of dirt when I booked my husband in. He is disabled and could not have stayed standing for all the time it took the blonde woman to complete her task before she would deal with me. Never had this kind of treatment before. Everything was too much trouble even though I had the correct form (clear she hoped I hadn’t so she could dismiss me. Such contempt. Disgraceful. Bet nobody deals with this.
