Was do a triage phone call but was cancelled with 24hrs notice, new appointment made for the following day and no call despite me chasing it, still no response!
Impossible to get an appointment through the app. Thought that was supposed to be easier. Log on at 8am, app confirms I need to see a practician, no appts available, directs me to contact the practice, can't go through. tried several times. Finally 2 hours late I managed to get " we will call you". Talk to someone who gives me an appt 4 days away! So basically you don't see anyone, you wait for us to get worse and go clog the A&E. Worst service.
Reached them finally you’ll be unable to see your gp or book an appointment, I tried to call them about psa test but could reach anyone , app is useless. Idk where they get from their positive feedbacks. Registered with them for an year
Came in on Thursday morning (Nov 13th) for an AAA scan at 11.15 and the lady who managed the queueing system and was just so impressive in the way she conducted the scans deserves a mention. She got the balance between being friendly and chatty and exuding calm authority absolutely right. Hope she carries on being the impressive young lady she absolutely was…..
