We couldn't be happier with our property manager. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about both the property and the people they work with. Communication is always prompt and clear, and any issues are handled efficiently and with great attention to detail.
Our experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. Despite raising concerns regarding the condition of the property, including mould and damaged walls, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. Extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. The final inspection was pushed to the day before settlement because the tenant allegedly refused to provide access to the property. To make matters worse, I was required to attend the final inspection while furniture was still inside the home, making it impossible to properly assess the condition of the property. I rented from them two years ago, and even though I have my own property now, I still look back on my amazing rental experience with them.
