Great service, easy pick up & drop off, & I appreciated how they were informative about the issues with my car but never pushy or salesy.
Update: it was time for the dreaded major service and once again The Neighbor’s Kid Auto Repair did what was needed, and did it within the estimated price and time. I like the folks who work there and can tell they work as a team, which I appreciate. They were solving a problem when I got there and it was clear that until it was solved, no one was going anywhere. The shop has a great vibe. Highly recommend! What a gem of a place ! My wife had a sudden issue with her Honda as her wheel went off the road and started making a funny noise. She stopped at the first repair shop she saw and came across this place by chance -- Erik was amazing ! He is kind and professional and helped her out immediately. We decided to make this our primary repair place from now on.
The owner Erik and staff at The Neighbor's Kid are courteous, knowledgable and transparent. Before the work started I was informed in writing what the car needed, what brand parts would be used, and what each item/labor would cost. No surprises. Will definitely go back.
