Terrible experience all the way around. Social worker was far from helpful, if anything was a hindrance. I will not be sending my grandparents back, ever. After 2 weeks at a DIFFERENT facility my grandma was back to normal. While in QC they were trying to convince us she needed long term care and was in her new 'baseline' when she had an infection. NO PPE was used for infection control either.
Fabulous facility and staff that care! They also have a great bird aviary!!
Worse experience. Made me worse
Many times when my husband needed help to get in/out of bed or repositioned it took the staff 20-30 minutes to help him. He was supposed to have PT and OT daily which he did not receive. I feel the rehab facility was under staffed creating problems for those who were trying to take care of patients.
I enjoyed staying there. I met some nice ladies in the dining room. The only complaint I had was the heating system. I am a cold blooded person so I was cold all the time. There's not much heat that comes from the bathroom.
