The vet doc has always been pleasant, answers questions and makes comments as he is checking out my dog. He has always taken his time and doesn't seem bothered by our dog being a less than cooperative patient. The dog is upset just walking through the door and the staff are calm and tend to her needs. Our dog is muzzled for safety. She growls and is totally foolish while there. But, they dont miss a beat while the dog is acting.out.Thank you. Neighborhead Vet. 8/20/24 Kim Howell
Charged hundreds of dollars when picking up my dead baby boxer. They didn’t save him but I was charged with them trying and tests he had done prior to going that day. The vet didn’t even greet my family when picking up our baby boxer who was dead. The vet has had a cold personality since day 1. This place was the only option I had for a nail trim. Never going back with any pet. Not to mention, the office doesn’t know how to pick up a phone!

Our dog started limping pretty bad and we brought him in to be checked out. We were told that he had a broken toe. He was started on pain medicine and we wrapped his foot everyday. Weeks later, still limping. Took him in for another exam, we were told he had hip dysplasia. He was started on meloxicam. Six months later, tried to get his meds refilled and they informed us he n... read more
At first, this Vet and Dr. Taylor seemed awesome. Then, my dog started to limp & I was told it was a broken toe, instructed to keep it wrapped, etc. and we did but the limp persisted over 2 months. I took him back for ANOTHER X-RAY and it now was hip dysplasia. They started him on Meloxicam 1 pill a day. Dr. Taylor does not seem to do refills on prescriptions, so I must call each month. However, on the 3rd month I called I was told he'd need liver work and blood work every 3 months while on the Meloxicam. So we trusted them ... read more
