I visited Dr. Bass with my husband because I had been experiencing persistent lower back pain for over a year. My husband also had pain, though in a slightly different area. The worst place I have ever been. The wife of the doctor is the insurance verifier. She acts like she knows all about it, but she doesn't she tries to charge more than what the insurance is saying. She tries to charge for more on X-ray and on the first visit, even though the insurance company are willing to pay for it regular price without discount on insurance. She is all about money .
