Wonderful moments regularly spent here! They go above and beyond. Looking forward to my next stay.. AA++
We got locked in the Gym/Pool/Sauna room area at 10:15pm with NO way to free ourselves!!! We tried to exit back through the door we entered in to get back to the lifts, this door also had an green emergency exit sign above but the door had been locked shut with a key. How this passes a BWOF is beyond me! We had to use the provided landline phone that was screwed to the wall to ring the EXT number to the Hotels GM (Eric) to get him to come down and unlock the door to let us out. Great spot out of Auckland city a d by the beach
Enjoyed my stay here during work a few years ago. Great hospitality and suites, great views and roof outdoor spaces and so close to the beach and dining establishments. Recommend.
excellent accommodation. tidy rooms. great service on arrival. Would not hesitate to recommend the Nautilus to family and friends.
