Amanda's seminar on "Dementia & Alzheirmer's Prevention" at the Health Hub Tweed Coast in Hastings point was very insightful. Amanda was well informed on this topic and presented it in an easy to digest format. I came away with multiple easy to incorporate solutions to mind health concerns. I highly recommend attending any future talks or contacting Amanda if you wish to prevent or alleviate the effects of dementia.
