If you are looking for a relaxing and refreshing experience I can only suggest you see Chrystina Saunders for a deep tissue massage. She took special care of my areas of concern and guided me through easy at home remedies to avoid further injury. The massage was precise and intentional I went home feeling fully refreshed. I have nothing but good things to say about Chrystina & my experience at the Natural Health Collective!
I have gone to many of the practitioners here and I have always had a positive experience. It’s peaceful, cozy and so clean. I love that there’s tons of parking and space to wait. Chrystina is the best! She is thorough and knowledgable, and creates a relaxing atmosphere.
Really love this place. It’s a warm calming space. I’ve been seeing David for a few months and have found a significant improvement in my neck pain. He has a really thorough understanding of body mechanics and anatomy so treatments are really thoughtful and well designed. I also find he is very clear and communicative about the appointment and having his support dog trooper there is a delight. Trooper is so well behaved and sweet! I also come here and see Jinelle for counselling and find her so fantastic in her approach!
