Came a few years ago for a loc retightening left with multiple locs combined that i later found out did not need to be combined. Currently my locs still never fully combined from this experience. Anyone with common sense please don’t come here for any loc consultation or retwisting for traditional locs. Please find somewhere else. I had a very bad experience at this salon. I originally booked with the son and the mother, who is the owner completed my hair. We discussed 70 loc extensions and I left out the chair with 48 locs. 10 days later it looks like I had my locs in for 40 days. I told her I didn’t like it before I left so tried to do a ponytail. I called 5 days later and asked if they could be fixed and she refused . Using all types of excuses. I hate this hair
Great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. Jasmine was friendly and knowledgeable about locs. She did my son's hair and he loved it.
