Quick and easy. Beautiful!
The customer service is great. But I don't love my emerald. It does not sparkle like in the listing. I am disappointed since this was going to be my lifelong ring. I would caution to view the stones in person before purchase.
Charlotte was very helpful and the ear rings are beautiful.
