This hotel is nothing short of fabulous. The attention to detail, the staff, the vibe, the bar and restaurant, the proximity to everything else, the balcony for people watching, the charm and luxury of the rooms and gathering spaces and even the hallways. 5 stars! We had such a wonderful stay at the National Exchange Hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, charming, and full of character, but the hospitality really made the experience special. A huge thank-you to Miss Debbie for being so incredibly kind and thoughtful — she truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Her personal touches meant so much and made our stay feel extra special. We can’t wait to come back!
