Great organization. Operates like a small family business. Great fuel program. Great authority set up process. And the insurance dept is fantastic. Michelle is always very nice, knowledgeable, fast and beyond helpful with anything to do with your insurance policy. Definitely recommend NASTC for trucking insurance, fuel program, managing a small fleet and getting your authority!
Horrible horrible customer service save your money and your sanity and stay as far away from this company they are so sneaky you make an account with nastc but when it comes to them being responsible they blame it on fleetone
