I wish I could give less than one star. After several calls where he cussed and screamed at me belligerently, I asked that we only conduct our business via email and stopped taking his calls. He called me from different numbers to continue to scream and cuss. He is BEYOND unprofessional. Keep in mind, I was HIS CLIENT. I paid $65000 to lose my kids to a convicted felon. At the end of a 7 day trial, the judge asked Dunn for a finding of facts and he did not provide them. The judge made a decision without the finding of facts potentially resulting in the loss of my custody case to a convicted felon. Dunn stated he would file an appeal while I was away on business. Missed filing deadlines, late to court, unpolished, uncouth, unethical. Not respected in the legal community which is something you want your attorney to be for obvious reasons. Outside of the courtroom he is overbearing and speaks when he needs to listen. In the courtroom he seems to have stage fright and doesn’t say a word to the detriment of his client. One star is a very kind review.

Written request to accounting to return retainer fee was ignored and it has been over a month. All phone calls were ignored as well.
