I sent an email to book the oxygen chamber, numerous testings and hormones at a later date. I get a response "Hi, are you in Alberta?" Which is weird because I live in Calgary, why would they ask that & nothing else. I respond with yes I'm in Calgary and then crickets. I never heard back from them and its been 3 days. I would have spent a lot of money if this place was professional but if they can't be bothered to respond then I can spend my money elsewhere. My wife choose this clinic because years ago they treat our children with excellent results, and now she is the one being treated and can see some improvements in her health. The ND there are polite and professional, however the staff a could be more polite and professional. Sometimes I was wondering if there is any way we could go to this clinic and bypass the staff.
I would have no idea of the level of care or expertise of the practitioners as I can never get a useful response from reception. I have left voice messages, emails as well as completed their online form several times over the last year and I either NEVER heard back or if I do it is weeks later and via a non-informative email that requires me to reach back out again and the cycle continues. So disappointing!
