Can’t say I had a bad experience here. Sometimes the front desk admins were kind of rude. Never had a bad treatment here and I’m happy they help people and have specialty options and natural methods. I wish they shipped products though, because now I have to purchase mine from Toronto and it’s shipped to me. Due to work restaurants I can’t be there to pick up during the week before they close, and they’re closed weekends and don’t ship product.
I have been visiting this clinic for nearly five years, and I cannot recommend Dr. Nardella and Dr. Meghan highly enough. They have done an outstanding job of identifying and addressing my health concerns, ensuring I stay on track with any deficiencies and providing all the necessary supplements. Honestly the reception staff didn’t make the process easy, had high hopes with getting some test done from them. Had my paperwork done in 1min from 10X health in Florida and they couldn’t send over a docusign format due to it being a telephone consult.
They are money hungry and after they took all my savings, they said they don't know how to treat my condition. The receptionists are rude and you can barely understand them. The class action lawsuit review is NOT false and I have heard from many other naturopathic doctors and patients that they have heard about the lawsuit as well. Nobody I have talked too including doctors who used to work there have anything good to say about them. I am considering inquiring about a lawsuit myself.
I have a child with a chronic condition and just to access their HBOT services they force you to go through a consult to pay up then they have no clue how to treat a new comer. Full of attitude. They charge 200 something for 1 session of HBOT. Even for a child who may or may not be able to handle it. Completely disappointed. In the name of patient care this is a place that has only the mentality of money making opportunity. So sad.
