Had a great stay. Lovely room and great location. Every member of staff we encountered was so friendly and helpful but Carlos (GM) and Kate (concierge) in particular went the extra mile to an amazing degree. We hope to be back.
Nice hotel
Christian at the bar took great care of us. He is a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend the oysters and the Nantucket cocktail.
Hotel was fine, but for the money spent definitely two stars and not worth it. Lobster boil was fun. Bartender was great. Pool area has limited sunshine. Room 15 was like being in a cave. The adjoining rooms had outside access and guests sat right outside our windows. We had to keep the blinds completely closed throughout. Just an awful situation for any guest.
