Room was wonderful, great for family of 4 with three beds. Front desk staff was amazing, but the wait staff was very inexperienced, great at introduction but failed to finish strong: getting a bill took over 30 minutes post meal completion. I noticed this twice for myself and also at a poor gentleman at the pool. Easily walking distance to downtown food and gift shops. You could possibly walk to the ferry, but the hotel also had great car service.
Beautiful hotel , very friendly staff . Food was good too. Kids game room was fun for children
Don't tell others - keep this place a secret
The Nantucket Hotel is a very special place. Last summer I proposed to my longtime girlfriend on Nantucket (she said yes), and The Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our weekend was unforgettable. Kate, the Director of Concierge, worked tirelessly to coordinate a special surprise after the proposal. The entire team made me look like a total rockstar. I didn't stay here, but it seems nice. We had dinner at the restaurant. It was really good and they have a fire truck in the driveway.Very nice
