We stayed here for our minimoon and unfortunately the experience felt disorganized and not aligned with the price point or expectations set for a premium stay. Several basic details about our package were not proactively communicated at check-in, and we had to ask multiple times for clarification about what was included, including complimentary breakfast. Fuly is a magnificent person. She told me all about the hotel and the other resorts. She was passionate and kind, I will always remember her, the Monday night clam bake, and the heartbreaker cocktail.
