Jim Moody: Here is a place to buy lard. I have a recipe from my Grandmother who was from Savannah and talked about slaughtering a pig once a year and no waste. Her family made a fruitcake with the pork fat and it was delicious. I haven't made one in years, but my sisters have been requesting one. I think I am going to try it this year with this lard. ❤️🐷
