I’ve been here plenty of times — Never once in my visits has my food been undercooked until now. I specifically mentioned being pregnant to the server to ensure that the ham was cooked and I was served within 5 minutes an omelet that had undercooked cheese, ham and green peppers. Even my hash browns were served cold. The servers were standing around on their phones, checking their hair and chatting about their other coworkers “bad attitudes.” Our server came over once to check up but never offered refills on water or coffee.... read more
Terrible service, food was not fully cooked. I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience until today. I have no idea what changed but this place is nothing like it used to be. I had to box up the food and take it home. I ordered an omelette and had to take it home because the cheese wasn’t cooked, it was just a folded egg with falling out peppers and ham that wasn’t cooked. Visited graduation weekend combined with Mothers Day. The place was hopping but I gather that is what it is like all the time. It felt like everything was under control though - our wait was moderate and the service was attentive. Most importantly, the food was DELICIOUS! All three orders all came out great - chicken and waffles; a breakfast burrito with all the extras; and a "make your own" omelette. Coffee was also very tasty.
