I absolutely love Lana! She’s been doing my nails every three weeks for about seven years now, and whatever shape or idea I bring to her, she nails it every single time. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience at a salon. LANA was my nail tech. My nails were literally butchered. It hurt as she dug deep into my cuticles, some bled. A few days later i woke up to excruciating pain in one of my nails, it got infected. Most of the nails she put on me were too tight. This experience left me sobbing at 5am from excruciating pain and I had to take the much too tight nail off myself.
