I went to get a gel pedicure and gelX nails yesterday around 2pm, it was my first time visiting the store, I usually do my nails myself but this time I wanted to get them done at a salon since my birthday is coming up in a couple of days. The pedicure was nice but there is paint on my cuticles and the lady that did my nails picked the wrong sizes of tips and that caused my nails to hurt after she glued them, she also didn’t glue them properly she left many air bubbles despite putting so much glue to the point that it overflo... read more
The staff was generally friendly and my nails did look good, however they stated to lift and come off after only three days. The service was very expensive and they did not take off my cuticles.
This was a very disappointing visit. The technician rushed through the service, added unexpected charges, and my dip nails began chipping within two days. On top of that, there were their 2 children running around the salon, making it hard to relax. The environment felt unprofessional overall. I won’t be returning.
Best manicure in Back Bay! Kathy did an amazing job on my gel manicure. I can’t recommend this place enough
The only place I trust to go to in Boston. It's clean (they use new tools on everyone) and the gel manicure is very even and lasts around 3 weeks.
