Came in on yesterday for a dipping powder appointment with Anh. Originally I scheduled the appointment for 1pm but changed to 12p since I was told she had a 2pm appointment. I changed to have more time instead of being rushed, as these were my birthday nails and I wanted them to look very presentable. I’ve been to this shop a few times before and have never experienced this rudeness and unprofessionalism I received yesterday.
