My nails came out EXACTLY how I wanted them too and most places don’t give you that and a fair price. This place does. They earned a loyal customer. Update. I was never able to get my nails done by that same nail artists. It seems like she was the only one who could do nails there so you had to schedule around the days she was available and the guy who answered the phone was pretty rude and did not outright say that so I never went back :/
I think these review's I read is from another salon not this one. Because this Nail Salon was tha best ever fo real life!!! And im like OCD like when it comes to nails! They were all friendly and perfect highly recommend it
I went to this nail spot today for the first time. I’ll never be back today, Sunday at 4:26 walked in after seeing online that they are open until 5. I decided to stop in and get a polish color change because tomorrow is my birthday and my current color is chipped. When I walked in I was greeted by a man. He asked me what I needed. I told him just a gel nail l color change, he looked at me extremely rude and said “we’re closed” I said “huh?”and confusingly looked at my phone and told him online says you are open until 5pm. I've tried this place twice now for dip powder. Each time I am told the color I'm requesting is out or has "gone bad" and then they pretend to select a similar color and he actually selects acrylic which I don't like or want. I also have to go home after and file my own nails since they are snagging on everything. This place is always very empty, now I know why.
Unfriendly environment and I felt completely judged by the woman doing my nails the whole time. She was clearly talking poorly about me in her language, kept shooting me dirty glances, and looked annoyed anytime I asked for something. I still tipped 18% and said have a good day and she just looked away. Not sure what I did to deserve the rudeness, but I will not be coming back.
