Excuse my french, but hell no! Honestly it's a hit or miss here depending on who takes you but today just solidified i’m not coming here again. a HALF assed job was done on my nails today it looks so rushed, hidden fees and the fact that if you can't do what i originally ask you to do JUST SAY THAT. instead it's just a bunch of BS on my nails rn .. super dissatisfied and not worth anyone's hard earned money.

I wanted the advertising, 'pampering ' they promise. I got a tech who'd rather watch a movie on her cell, take calls, have her child come here, be 100% distracted!! I had a walking cane, had to pick up nail polish sample books, carry myself to chair. Then came AMAZON package. Opening was more important than me. I will NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN!

My family and I love The Nail Spa. My sister and I sometimes schedule appointments for pedicures at the same time as a little treat for ourselves. My father and grandmother have visited as well and have also had great experiences here. Everyone is polite and courteous. The technicians take their time and pay attention to detail. I had an appointment on Thursday and by Friday 2 nails were broken and the polish was so thick it started peeling off. I was out of town and tried to go Saturday but they were closed. Just try to call to get my nails fixed but they have my number blocked. I spent $92 , this is completely unprofessional.
