I stopped by this salon with my daughter around 2:45 PM for two pedicures. Before coming, I checked their hours and saw they closed at 7:30 PM. When we walked in, there were only two clients being worked on, and it appeared that the technicians may have even been servicing fellow employees. Pretty sure the lady that works here just needs a place to watch TV. Anytime I ever come in or call it feels like I'm interrupting her day and inconveniencing her. I've come in/called 3 times for eye brow waxing over the last 6 months and everytime she said she couldn't do it/didn't have time. Today I walked in to have acrylics removed, nothing else, and after she stopped using her tablet, she let me know she can't do acrylic removal and the other lady who could wasn't there. If I could give no stars I would this is the second time I went to this location and they state that they have no time to service me. Today there was absolutely no one in the shop and it's not even 1:00 p.m. and she told me she didn't have time to service me. WHY ARE YOU OPEN!?

I visited The Nail Technique on October 6, 2024, and I’m deeply upset by my experience. The technician refused to serve me, stating I should "go back where I did my nails before," simply because I’m Hispanic. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. It’s disheartening to encounter such blatant racism. I hope the establishment takes this matter seriously to prevent similar situations in the future.

If you are non Asian, you are not welcomed here. It's 2:30p. The shop closes at 7:30p. The 2 technicians each have a client. There is one client waiting and I walked in. With no greeting, one tech looks at me from head to toe and asked "What do you want." I assumed a language difference and answered her. She told me they were booked for the rest of the evening. I've never known a walk-in place that is booked in this manner. Made me wonder.
