I visited this salon in Sun City in October on vacation from Washington. I got an infection in my toe and dr had to cut half my toe nail off. I am on antibiotics for the infection. When I called the shop she said I had to bring in proof from Dr. I said I could mail it but I am in Washington. She refused and said I had to come in.
