Very unprofessional.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, and the lady was extremely rude and condescending. She repeatedly mentioned that I was “15 minutes late” in a harsh and insulting tone in front of other clients. They had scheduled another client shortly, but they should have known that dip powder nails cannot be done in 1 hour. Highly unprofessional! I love Anna and the Nail Lounge. It's a beautiful salon, and they do a great job. I really enjoy my experience every time I go.
Amazing nail salon. Very accurate and detailed workmanship. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend dip powder or acrylic nails.
