Babbbbbbbbby!!!!!! The customer service is top tier!!!!!! From the time I walked in and all through out my appointment. The ambiance is beautiful the decor is flawless. You can tell the owners love their business. I was offered a complimentary drink and fruit and crackers. They had both alcoholic drink options as well as nonalcoholic drink options. She definitely ate with my nails. I gave her an inspiration photo, and she really nailed it. She nailed my nails to the GAWDSS🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I had an amazing time yesterday. I highly recommend this as a nail home. It’s a staple. Coming here was the best decision for my daughter Sweet 16 nail set! From the moment I called to make an appointment the receptionist was super enthusiastic and answered all my questions with no problem! Coming in my daughter was gifted a birthday crown plus a sweet 16 sash!! She was also given sparking cider! The nail tech Jennifer did a phenomenal job the details were spot on to our example photo! I will definitely come back!!
This is my first time getting my nails done at this establishment and I’m extremely pleased. Genesis was my nail tech. I absolutely love my nails. She was very kind and polite and very detailed at her craft. There was no wait time at all. It’s a really nice nail salon. The aesthetics are really cute very professional and very clean. Loved this place and the service I got from ChiChi. Loved the ambiance as well. The owner was so sweet and even served me some red wine! I got gel x and I love my nails so much. ChiChi is the best. It was a little expensive but I'm in love with my nails🤩🔥🔥🔥🔥. Definitely worth it!☺️
