⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My first visit to The Nail Loft was absolutely amazing! I walked in without an appointment and was accommodated immediately. From the moment I arrived, I had a luxurious, relaxing experience. The ambiance was beautiful, the music set the perfect mood, and the entire salon was such a vibe. Everyone was welcoming, and I truly enjoyed every minute of my visit. I'm already looking forward to coming back and can't wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend The Nail Loft if you're looking for exceptional service and a... read more
What a beautiful experience in an absolutely gorgeous nail salon. I was provided with excellent customer service and professionalism as soon as I entered the loft. I loved the decor graced with beautiful flowers, pastel colors, chandeliers, stunning artwork with portraits of Janet Jackson and Marilyn Monroe. I was provided with wine and hors d’oeuvres, the perfect combination when enjoying a Milk Spa Pedicure. I fully enjoyed the massage chair, music and light show while my feet were being pampered. Love! First timer. Drove an hour from home to check it out. Staff are nice and professional. Owner is nice, customer oriented and super professional. Had an issue with my pedicure and it was fixed immediately without me feeling uncomfortable. Attention to detail is excellent. I watched every stroke (I’m big on details) and there was very limited correction needed. Vibe was there! Complimentary beverages for those who are interested (I did not partake in this visit). Music volume is comfortably set with chill r&b. Decor is c... read more
I completely enjoyed my Men's Pedicure Treatment. I was a Walk-In...no problem! I was seated & taken care of immediately. Asia (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was awesome. She was busy about her work, but answered all my questions with patience & I really appreciated that. I'm definitely coming back. #SupportBlackBusinesses ✊🏾

I love that it is blacked owned and that I was greeted by the owner Ify. She was so warm and welcoming!!! Alex, my nail tech took the sample design I provided and went above and beyond to not only match the picture but adding her own touch. I scheduled a follow up appointment after my nails were complete because at this point t... read more
