I haven’t had my nails done in a long time, so I decided to treat myself to a full set at The Nail Loft. The salon is small, but super cute! The staff were all kind, and the manager (I believe) offered clients beverages and followed up on their experience. Helen was my nail tech, and she was lovely! She was patient and listened to what I was looking for and gave me exactly that (acrylic overlay on short nails with a bit of an extension and shaped close to coffin). This was my first but NOT my last visit at the beautiful Nail Loft!!! I am a square plain nail polish girlie but I stepped outside the box for my 50th birthday and decided to do something different!!! I love that it is blacked owned and that I was greeted by the owner Ify. She was so warm and welcoming!!! Alex, my nail tech took the sample design I provided and went above and beyond to not only match the picture but adding her own touch. Helen was very kind and detailed. Asia was amazing with my daughter I’m very grateful for the experience. Update: The previous review was given at the counter doing check out before I could see my nails in the sun. My nails are fine there was extra product under them that I had to scrap off but that happens at other places as well. Unfortunately I will not be returning after doing my hands my technician was informed that she had another appointment in less than 30mins. Hands down the BEST nail salon experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 Came in today and they took me right away from the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming, clean, and super relaxing. The attention to detail? Top tier. My nails came out absolutely flawless—like picture-perfect! Can’t wait to be back!
The place itself was beautiful and content ready, from the red carpet to decorations. To the cleanliness, the customer service in itself. My tech was Helen she was great! Did a great job! This is gonna be my new home. Too excited to return 10/10.
