PREFACE: this was my first time going to this salon and I will NOT be returning after this experience. Today I went into Nail Loft quickly to get my eyebrows threaded and upper lip waxed. I had never been to this salon but always saw it when driving by. I decided to stop in on my way home as I needed my eyebrows done for an event I have tonight.
