I loved my experience at Nail Loft! I had a pedicure here and the team was so kind and professional. They did an amazing job with the nail polish and the entire pedicure was excellent. I had developed a callus on the bottom of my big toe, and they carefully removed it and softened the area which made such a difference. Thank you so much, Nail Loft team! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to Nail Loft by my best friend (Vanessa) and I’m so glad I listened! They were able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated. The salon was super clean and welcoming, and Nancy absolutely nailed the shape and look I wanted. My nails turned out exactly how I envisioned them — I’m obsessed! Nancy is officially my new nail girl and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Absolutely disgusting customer service. The owner Tracey was extremely rude to my mom. My mom doesn’t always go do her nails and went after two months. Tracey for the whole hour was so rude saying she’s not there for charity doing a new set every 2 months. For myself, my nails started falling after 1 week. Besides the bad quality, the customer service was disgusting. None of us will be returning Edit: literally never mentioned anything about the price it was never about the price
The nails are great and pretty but I got a nail infection. Finger has been throbbing for a week now. I also left the salon bleeding. Initially I thought it was a pre-existing cut but after leaving I realized she filed a new wound. Update: Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that these are two separate cuts in different locations. The cut on my left hand was pre-existing and later worsened.
