This is such an unprofessional business. No one greets you when you walk in, the girls just look up at you. Some of the nail techs were talking bad about other clients, and also saying bad things about the owner. I overheard one of the nail techs in the back talking about other clients to the client she had in her chair, she was also sharing personal information about other clients with her client. I called yesterday as soon as they opened to get a pedicure/ color change on my toes. Lisa made me an appointment for 1230. I arrived for my appointment 15 mins early so I could have time to look through colors. When I walked in nobody greeted me instead they all kept turning around staring until a CUSTOMER asked me if I had an appointment. I said yes. Nobody else spoke to me.
