According to online business information the salon opens at 9:30am; I arrived early and waited until 9:45am and the business still was not open. Returned later in the day around 4:10pm inquiring about availability and I was told “No” which is fine if the nail techs tone hadn’t been so rude. I informed her that I was here at 9:30am waiting for her salon to open and she then informed me her salon opens at 9:40am. My first visit to the Nail Cottage is the beginning of many more to come! I will never look elsewhere….they are the best quality, results, staff, experience, and pricing. I am a chronic nail biter with the worst fingernails….this was an absolute extreme makeover and I have been soooo happy with the results! I booked facial waxing, set of nails with tips, and pedicure.
