Kim is amazing!
I will never go back to The Nail Bar again. I was a loyal customer for about 4 years. I never cancelled an appt, was always pleasant and I always tipped and thanked Teresa who is the owner of the salon after she did my nails. I wanted to fix one nail and it became a huge ordeal. First time getting acrylics and they looked so cute!! Love them so much highly recommend!! Teresa is the best !!!
Lately I don't know what's going on but this is the second time I go for a appointment and they forgot to write in book. Pretty frustrated because I called last week. I work full time as shift manger and take care of 90 year old father in law n drive him around. So I don't have time alot of the weeks. So now I gotta wait 2 weeks or go somewhere else. I been coming here 2 years they should've accommodated me, it's their mess up not mine
