I asked them to do both manicure and pedicure at the same time because I was tight on time .They wouldn't do it even tho they had plenty of staff available .CINDY the technician who did my toes was great, she was patient and did an overall good job on my toe nails .She was so sweet!My experience was really good and my toes came out cute , I just wished they would've went the extra mile since it was empty..likeee do they not wanna make money ?But everyone was super nice !
This is by far the best salon in Middletown and really Orange County. I’ve tried so many other places, but in all honesty I get the best gel manicures and pedicures here. And the price isn’t nearly as high as others I’ve been to in the area. Cindy is AMAZING for manicures and extremely diligent and Tatiana is quick, gentle and extremely skilled at pedicures. You have to come here at least once and let the staff wow you!!
This place is racist if you are black please don’t come here ! I called before i came they said walk in are acceptable with a 20 min wait i was 15 min away. Got there 1pm they said the wait Will be til 3pm … as soon as they seen color of my skin time changed . It’s sad we still live in a world like this
This was my first time as this establishment. The atmosphere is friendly and music is fun. I was so relaxed I could have fallen asleep! Tatiana did my nails and I am thrilled with the results. Definitely a must, for anyone looking for a relaxing experience with top notch results!
My 17 year old came in as a walk in for a fill and French manicure, she was referred to as the "white girl", the nail tech would speak in Spanish only to her co workers about my daughter using again "white girl" during there conversations. Making this a very uncomfortable experience. She was asked if her nails looked good but wasn't able to look at them as she was made to put them in the dryer very quickly.
