This used to be my go-to salon, but now it feels like a complete scam. I went in just to have my acrylics removed and asked for a simple regular polish. Without even asking me, the tech applied a transparent top coat I never requested. When it came time to pay, I was told over the phone it would be $25—yet their own brochure clearly lists the service at $15. I love this salon. I go religiously every 2-3 weeks and Ashley kills it every single time. She’s always professional, timely and the salon is clean. The staff is friendly and always makes me feel welcome. The staff is bilingual and everyone speaks Spanish. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. I also think Ashley does some of the best nail art in the city. I’ve shown her everything under the sun and she’s always able to do it.
