Way overpriced and false advertising. I had the basic manicure which CLEARLY stated it included exfoliating, a massage, and hot towel. None of that happened so I kindly asked, and was told it was only included with the deluxe manicure. I showered her the menu where it was clearly listed under basic, and then she told me she did give me a quick massage (she didn’t, unless rubbing cuticle oil on my nails counts) and used a towel (not a hot one) to wipe the oil off. They didn’t listen to a thing I wanted, I just wanted a manicure with ombr� paint. They cut my nails square when they round & shaved off the top of one hand. Then left paint all over my fingers after telling me they could do the ombr�, the girl doing them couldn’t figure out how to use the spray on the paint. They charged me for gel on my toes when I just wanted regular paint. $140 for shorter nails than I had, and a square shape with paint all over my fingers.
