Purchased a set of gorgeous press ons from this nail artist on their TikTok shop. Shop policy states that she ships 2-3 weeks from time of purchase. I waited 4 weeks before kindly reaching out for an update. She left me on read for another week. When I reached out a second time, she told me to go ahead and cancel for personal reasons.
