I contacted The Nabo Group concerning my recent invoice. I was extremely lucky to talk to Louanne. She answered all my questions and was very personable and efficient. I have lived at my present address for 37 years and have never had such a great customer service experience. Louanne is a wonderful asset to The Nabo Group.

Really awful property management group. Chronic problems with neglected maintenance at property. One of our neighbors units has been uninhabitable for an ongoing 6 mos as a result. For many months they didn’t even have employees in our area, but were happy to collect monthly fees despite the inability to provide service. Everyone is remote, mostly scattered across the east coast. Extremely poorly run company. A number of these positive reviews don’t appear to be authentic, and were likely purchased.
