I had a wonderful craniosacral session with Shannon. She is a warm and gentle person dedicated to helping others with her gift. Before the session began, we had an extensive conversation, and Shannon followed up after my visit by providing me with resources for meditations I can do at home. I felt safe and heard during the session, and I felt more grounded afterwards.
