Been seeing Paul every so often to help with my neck, shoulders, arms and wrist pain from armwrestling. He is professional, informative and extremely competent at what he does. I find my treatments to be effective and relieving, I'm also given homework for rehab and nerve flossing with demonstrations on how to do them properly and email contact for support if required. If you have been frustrated with ordinary physios that failed to help you recover, I would bet Paul has the capacity to make you get better.
Paul was recommended to me by a friend of mine. After my first appointment I now understand the hype and the 5 star reviews. Paul is top tier. We must have spent 30 mins just diagnosing and testing to ensure we're hitting the right areas to fix my shoulder pain. He never watched the clock, it was more important to him that we made a good start on the fix. I'm already booked in to see him again next week. Great guy too. Not my first Myotherapist, but definitely the best.
Paul is very good in what he does. He is very gentle and a kind person. I would call him a healer.
In my experience it’s rare to come out of an initial consultation actually feeling better, rather than just having a plan for future treatment, so definitely highly recommend! I arrived with my shoulders up around my ears and left with fairly normal posture and much less pain, as well as slightly more feeling in my pinky on some nerve issues I’d forgotten to even mention in my booking.
