In my experience it’s rare to come out of an initial consultation actually feeling better, rather than just having a plan for future treatment, so definitely highly recommend! I arrived with my shoulders up around my ears and left with fairly normal posture and much less pain, as well as slightly more feeling in my pinky on some nerve issues I’d forgotten to even mention in my booking. My usual massage therapist was booked out so she put me in contact with Paul who did a fantastic job with treating the causes of my tension headache. He also took the time to treat multiple other niggles I brought up throughout our session. Paul is very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He used a variety of effective techniques/treatments including shockwave therapy and dry needling/TENS, and gave me exercises to do on my own for maintenance. I highly recommend seeing The Myo Guy!
