This is a great gym with great people! I felt very comfortable from day one even though I hadn't been in the gym for a long time they were very welcoming, I would highly recommend you check them out!!! It is business like this that make Denton great!!
Wife and I rolled up this morning thinking we'd try this place as we are in search of a gym. Came in and saw a pride flag on the wall, so we left. Not interested in a far-left environment in which politically-divisive views are promoted. The gym makes it clear which people it wants, and which it doesn’t. So be it. Hope they close soon!
I worked out at MVMT lab from November 2024 through January of 2025, while I was in Denton temporarily for work. This is an outstanding gym with a dedicated staff that was engaging, motivating, and a knowledgeable resource for athletes at every level of experience. They have a comprehensive program that is scalable, and I saw significant improvement in many areas of my training. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to engage in fitness at any level. Walked in and I was welcomed by coach brock and a small class before the blizzard of 25 Dallas. Clean friendly and everyone was friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions. Helped to feel like you’ve been there and not a stranger. Thanks for letting me hangout there!
Thank you MVMT Lab for treating me like a VIP. I'm a competitive powerlifter and was visiting the area and a needed a gym to train at for an upcoming event in August back home. I was shocked to see the training that was going on. Their is no AC blowing and their isn't any shiny glittering treadmills with t.v. to entertain you.
