I just picked up my terrier mix from here. Regina did an excellent job, as always. We also have a border collie that gets groomed there too. In my opinion, The Mutt Puddle is the best grooming salon. It's not a drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. Your fur baby is attended to right away and is a "straight through" so they're only there 45 mins to an hour depending on the size of the pup. What impresses me most is the owner. We are the new owners (8/1/13) and have been customers for years. We are striving to provide high quality in all aspects of the business and are working with rescues and fosters to provide funding from our bathing. Mondays in McKinney and Tuesdays in Allen. I wanted to let the mutt puddle know I am soooo pleased with the job they did grooming my dog.i was referred by my neighbor and I am very pleased with there services.my baby came home looking great. The bows were absolutley adorable.The staff was great and showed me there self serve tubs for my Great Dane max.I would definatly recommend the mutt puddle. Thanks y'all!
Love this place!!my dog trixie is a handful I know!the groomers were great!they asked many questions to make sure my dog got the care she needed. My baby looked great.i am very pleased.will be telling all my doggie friends about this place. Good job and thank you!
We've taken our miniature schnauzer there a few times. The last two times we weren't very happy. We paid $55.00 with tip to have our dog shampooed and cut. When we picked her up, she still had mats all under her arms. That's alot of money to pay for your dog to have big mats all over. She still smelled too. I compained immediately. Some young guy called me back and said he'd let mamanagement know andt they were supposed to contact me the next day.It has been It's been 5 days and no one has contacted us.Some management.
I had to take my dog to the vet after his last grooming, ulcer in his eyes he could not open them for days and razor burns on Private areas, Owner know very little about grooming , if you don't know what your doing don't do it . They need to find out what safety precautions should be taken for the dogs
I and my friendly canines love getting groomed at the Mutt Puddle. I will drive out of my residential city to get service and care that exceeds any other place. I have been looking for such a place for quite some time, so I feel very fortunate to have found the Mutt Puddle. The personal attention, accent on detail, love and care to my pets, and respect toward me as a consumer are exceptional.
Their place is nice but the grooming wasn't very good.
