We had a very hungry crew post-zip lining and one of our guides recommended the Musubi truck. We didnt actually eat the spam because we eat fish but not meat, but there was still plenty for us to choose from. Both of my kids loved the ahi wrap and my husband I had the tofu. We rounded things out with the tater tots, which were perfectly crisp and salty. Eating out under the giant acacia trees was an extra special element of the experience. Highly recommended.

$3 classic subi, personally they need to up the spam amount in these ones. Spam to Rice ratio is a little heavier on the rice side (see photo). Sauce used to cook spam is a little sweet, but not teriyaki flavored. They had a little bowl up front with Kulolo, that was tasty. About $5 for a chunk a little smaller than my fist. I'd go back

Came here a couple of times and tried the chicken Katsu, poke, deep fried spam musubi and original musubi. My favorite is the deep fried musubi, it’s crunchy and full of flavor. The poke is also interesting with the sesame oil flavor. The other items were average. You probably need to wait a bit when they get busy

They are very busy so you will have to wait a few minutes but it is definitely worth it! I got a small OG musubi and a ahi katsu musubi and they were both delicious. They give you a large serving of fish on the ahi musubi and both sauces served on it were very tasty. I will definitely return.
