Well, I know a lot of YouTubers highly promote The Misubi Truck, but my wife and I ate there tonight, at the Kalapaki location, and it was unfortunately not good at all. We split the ahi tuna katsu roll and each got an OG musubi roll. The ahi tuna was cooked well done 🙁. There was a hint of pink on the outside middle of the meat, but then grey throughout the roll. Recommend to order online and then come pick up. You can seat on rooftop or nearby beach chairs/ table with great views.
Quick, delicious and pretty cheap… this place hits the trifecta. Best musubi I’ve had yet. The fried OG is delicious 😋
