The worst ever
Property manager screamed at and berated my wife...hid active listing from her which is discrimination and then lied about it not being available after I checked with manager as well as three other people....stsy away from them. 151 fenimore rd. Still waiting on a call back later from owner concerning thr staff he has working as well as the treatment of his tenant.
Sub-par and overpriced properties. Maintenance issues go months without being fixed, if they are ever. Owners are selfish, rude, not helpful, extremely hard to get in touch with. They’ll find any reason to keep your security deposit too. Don’t rent from these people.
Not a good experience. No ac unit. Very angry, worse than a days inn hotel. no ventilation and very hot to the point that I can’t do my work inside. Floor has dust, not clean. From that experience, I felt . Also, there was lack of privacy. There are cracks and fungi growing on my wall.
