I used to take my dog, turkey, and goats to The Musketeers Veterinary clinic and I loved them! They were kind, caring, very reasonably priced, and very responsive and respectful. I miss that professionalism so much. The new owners wouldn't even return my call when I left a message. I was very disappointed and have switched to a different practice that WILL communicate with me AND take care of my pets. Beau's Furry Friends is not the place to go for reliable service.
My mom's pets have been going here for years. Today was the first time I've visited this vet. They are in company of a new vet. He seems very knowledgeable, straight to the point and very nice. He shows genuine concern for both pet and owner/family member. Although, I feel they are a bit pricy. Then again, I haven't taken a pet to the vet in a very long while. This place is horrible since it has been bought by new owner terrible customer service skills will NOT call u back
I cant recommend this place anymore after the change in ownership. Around October we had taken our cat in for thyroid issues.They gave us a prescription for that and told us to schedule her for dental work in January as well due to her age. Ownership changes in November and suddenly there is no time to do dental in January,and come February just complete silence all together. I dont know what changed during the transition but its no longer worth it. The new ownership is clueless as to how to run a business like this.
