I would actually give this office a 0! They are completely incompetent! I called a week before their spay and neuter clinic to make an appointment. Jennifer, a rude front desk person told me to call back on Tuesday, Sept 26 at 8:30 as they will begin the list then. I wrote it down and called them directly at 8:30 am. Jennifer answered the phone and put me on hold and came back three minutes later and said they were full on female dogs. I told her you told me to call this morning. Such a wonderful experience! Gina, Elijah were very welcoming along with Izabelle! Cassie, the veterinarian was wonderful with Beauford as he's got a personality of his own... but warmed up right away!!! Amazing!! Thank you all!
I wouldn't recommend them to anyone the first few visits were fine just going in to get shots but when an operation happened they throw all etiquette out the window they left my dog chewy in a cage for 3 hours after surgery with no cone on to prevent he licking or chewing at his wound they told me to put it on him when I got to the car gave me medicine for him and rushed me out the door with no information
Great staff! As much as our cat hates the vet, I'm sure this was her favorite one of them all. Thanks for taking care of Muffin!
