We hired Music Caterer for our annual semi-formal, all 7th & 8th grader's from the county schools are invited. We had about 150 students and the music was spot on. I don't remember a dance that had so many children dancing. Steve was extremely professional punctual and knew what would get the kids moving. He did check in on a couple song requests for their appropriateness which we appreciated so much. I can't recommend them enough!
They wanted to do a consultation call over zoom. We had a time scheduled and they sent multiple reminder emails about the meeting and then proceeded to never show up. We wasted our time waiting for the first 10 minutes and decided if they can’t respect our time then they don’t deserve our business. I’d advise you don’t waste your time either.
Stephen at Music Caterer was absolutely AMAZING! He kept every single person on the dance floor the entire night. We received SO many compliments on how much fun our DJ was and truly was the highlight of our wedding day. On top of Stephen being so great to work with, Meggin also was incredible to communicate with throughout the entirety of wedding planning. Working with The Music Caterer for my Daughters Wedding was excellent. Everything from communication, planning, and the entertainment the day of was beyond my expectations. Steve ensured the ceremony music was beautiful and kept the party momentum going all night. Would highly recommend there services!
100000% customer service. There were some issues with the photo both outside of the DJ's control. Upon calling days after the event the DJ had already talked to the venue to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else. They were also already taking action to make up for any day of issues. Over all they went above and beyond.
