I tried to make an appointment but Carla never returned my call
I’ve tried contacting this company multiple times and have yet to receive a return call. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional to have inquiries go unanswered. Good customer service means communicating with potential or existing clients, and unfortunately, that seems to be lacking here. I would not recommend this company based on their poor responsiveness.
I’ve been renting through Musgrave for 2 years and Carla is the most incredible person. Not only is she understanding and works with you, but she is always responsive when I have maintenance calls. Will forever choose to rent through them before anyone else!!!
