It’s been almost a year and my anger towards the color has not faded. Despite growing out my hair too much was cut off. Despite saying how much I hate red I left with burgundy hair and after I asked for it to be corrected it was worse the second time. I thought I would be past the anger but I am super disappointed as this was a referral First picture is my hair before. Second 2 was after the ‘correction’ Absolutely angry at the slaughter. I still can’t get the red out.

I wish I would have read RA's review before booking because the exact same thing happened to my hair. I left the appointment pleased with my hair until my coworkers pointed out that the roots Tatjanna filled in are ORANGE. It's going to take so much money and time to fix. I don't feel comfortable reaching out to Tatjanna privately because I am not happy with how I was treated during my appointment either. The only good thing about this experience was her cute pup.
