RecommendedI worked out at Muscle Mill for years. If you are looking for a gym and not a social club, this is THE place for you! They are not a faceless, big-box gym that operates mechanically. The owners are not only strong, but also good-hearted-- they care for others as show by their actions during the pandemic. Anyone could look out for others when business is booming, but to look out for others when times are tough shows immense character.
The Muscle Mill is more then just a gym. it is a long time landmark in milltown that the locals take alot of pride in.The owners Dave & Michelle create not just more physically fit people but mold better citizens. I'm still trying to figure out how a 50-year-old couch potato like me ended up at a serious weightlifters' gym! And this place is serious: lots of hardcore machines and the dedicated lifters who use them. But mixed in amongst the bodybuilders are regular folk like me who just want to tone up, get healthier, and be part of the Muscle Mill family.
